This morning I was in the laundry room and I could hear Ethan & Elisa playing. When I went in the living room to check up on them, Elisa came running up to me. With much concern she pointed to her baby.
She said, "Bee-bee tich, woe yut!"
Being pretty clueless, I looked at Ethan for help in translation. He informed me that the baby is sick and throwing up. (I could HARDLY keep from laughing)
I (with concern of course) said, "That is too bad! You will have to take really good care of her until she is better."
This is when Ethan informed me that the baby had been outside playing in "goose mud" and apparently she had eaten some. When she came back in she started throwing up.
Okay, I am really close to loosing it by this time, but to top it all off, when the baby was done throwing up, Elisa picked her up, and Ethan promptly "shut the toilet lid"! (Put the blue frisby down on the yellow one)
This is when I had to go in the other room. Really! How can I get any work done when I have such wonderful entertainment? (yes, Ethan & Elisa just had a round of the stomach bug)
I loved EVERY bit of this, but once again I am sobered when I remember that
CHILDREN LEARN WHAT THEY LIVE!
And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. -Deuteronomy 6:5-7

I am sorry that your "bee bee"'s have been "tich." I would throw up from eating goose mud, too! :) Have I told you lately that I am glad you're blogging? Well, I am.
